The Black Watch
We Will Remember Them
Each year, The Black Watch (Royal Highland Regiment) of Canada comes together to participate in Montreal’s annual Remembrance Day parade and ceremony, honouring those who served, those who sacrificed, and those who never returned home.
Wednesday, 11 November 2026
Black Watch Armoury & Downtown Montreal
Approx. 1000 hrs — Step Off from the Armoury
Approx. 1200 hrs — Return to the Armoury & Messes Open
Following the parade and ceremony, the Officers’ Mess will be open for refreshments and fellowship as we welcome members of the Regimental Family back to the Armoury.
Serving and former members, associate members, families and friends of the Regiment are warmly invited to join us after the parade. It is an opportunity to reconnect with old friends, welcome new ones, share stories and spend some time together on a day that holds particular meaning for our Regiment.
Whether you are marching with the Watch, attending the ceremony with your family, or simply joining us afterward, you are welcome back at the Armoury.
We remember together. We return together.
