The Black Watch
Welcome Home to the Regimental Family
Following the Op HIGHLAND SHOOTER range weekend, join us back at the Armoury for an informal Unit Homecoming and Smoker bringing together the entire Black Watch Regimental Family.
Sunday, 13 September 2026
1600 hrs
Black Watch Armoury
This afternoon isn't just for those coming off the range. Serving members, families, children, former members, associate members and friends of the Regiment are all warmly invited.
Come as you are, bring the family and spend an afternoon back at the Armoury with the Watch.
On the menu:
- Hot dogs & hamburgers
- Salads & sides
- Soft drinks
- Messes open throughout the afternoon
No formalities. No need for Mess Kit. Just an opportunity to welcome our troops home from the weekend, reconnect with old friends, introduce our families to the Regimental community and enjoy some good Black Watch fellowship.
Whether you're coming directly from the range, haven't been through the Armoury doors in some time, or your family has never joined us before — you are part of the Regimental Family, and you're invited.
